Delivery

Same day despatch is available on most orders received by 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We use either Australia Post or courier to deliver your order (depending on package size and delivery location).

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is $6.95 (flat rate) or FREE for shopping carts totalling $49 or more. Expected delivery in 2-5 business days within Australia.

Free delivery is offered on some products (as marked) and is shipped out as a standard delivery.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available on most items and is calculated by weight and destination. Quotes available from the shopping cart page. Expected delivery in 1-2 business days within Australia.

International Delivery

International delivery is available on most items and is calculated by weight and destination. Quotes available from the shopping cart page. Expected delivery in 3-10 business days.

Answers

Can I pick up my item?

Sorry, we do not offer a pickup facility. We aim to send items as quickly as possible so that your wait is decreased, however if you wish to reduce delivery time we recommend Express delivery which can deliver the next day.

Why do some custom products have a longer expected delivery time?

As we have to organise the manufacturing of custom products and these types of products are only produced on certain days we have to batch products into certain time frames. We aim to send out custom products as quickly as possible.

How will my order be delivered?

Most orders will be sent with Australia Post's eParcel service. Occasionally for larger or heavier items we will use a courier. All deliveries are fully trackable for your convenience.

When will my order be delivered?

If we receive payment for an item before 12 noon EST we aim to dispatch your order the same day subject to whether your item is marked as ‘In-stock’ or whether there are any other delivery restrictions such as for custom products (which have extended delivery times). Australia Post quotes 2-7 business days to deliver with standard postage, if you need your order as soon as possible we recommend the Express Post option which can usually provide overnight delivery (for capital cites and some regional cities).

Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?

Yes, Australia Post eParcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox & you can take the notice to your local post office to collect your item. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.

Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?

Most of our items can be delivered to a PO Box. Some larger and heavier items can only be sent with a courier and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

How can I track the status of my order?

Your tracking number and shipping providers details will be emailed to you upon despatch. Alternatively you can login to My Account to find your tracking details. You can track your order through the shipping providers website.

What happens if my order has not arrived in the expected timeframe?

If you have not received your item within the expected timeframe, please utilise the tracking number provided to get a status update. Alternatively please contact us at customerservice@manbase.com.au and we will endeavour to locate your item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping . You can use the ‘Estimate Shipping and Tax’ tool on the shopping cart page to see international delivery charges (in AUD).

Do you offer combined shipping discount?

Deliveries within Australia
If you purchase two or more products totalling $49 or over shipping is FREE! All other orders under $49 are charged a flat rate shipping cost of $6.95 for standard delivery no matter how many items are in your shopping cart.

International Deliveries
Delivery price for international orders is calculated by product weight and destination. Quotes for the various delivery options are available on the shopping cart page.
