We use either Australia Post or courier to deliver your order (depending on package size and delivery location). Some items cannot be sent with Australia Post and we will require a physical address for courier delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, we do not offer a pickup facility. We aim to send items as quickly as possible so that your wait is as short as possible. If you wish to reduce delivery time we recommend Express delivery which can be significantly faster especially to remote destinations.

Why do some custom products have a longer estimated delivery time?

As we have to organise the manufacturing of custom products and these types of products are only produced on certain days we have to batch products into certain time frames. We aim to send out custom products as quickly as possible.

How will my order be delivered?

Most orders will be sent with Australia Post. Occasionally for larger or heavier items we will use a courier.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Estimated delivery times can be found on the product details page and apply to deliveries within Australia. Order processing and delivery times vary by product and by warehouse location. Estimated delivery times are accurate in most cases but cannot be guaranteed and are provided as a guide only.

Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?

In most cases, yes. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a notice. You can take the notice to your local post office to collect your item or call the courier company to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.

Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?

Most of our items can be delivered to a PO Box. Some larger and heavier items can only be sent with a courier and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

How can I track the status of my order?

Your tracking number and shipping providers details will be emailed to you upon despatch. Alternatively you can login to My Account to find your tracking details. You can track your order through the shipping providers website.

What happens if my order has not arrived in the estimated timeframe?

If you have not received your item within the estimated timeframe, please utilise the tracking number provided to get a status update. Alternatively please contact us at customerservice@manbase.com.au and we will endeavour to locate your item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping on some items. You can use the ‘Estimate Shipping and Tax’ tool on the shopping cart page to see international delivery charges (in AUD).
